VMWare's Fusion 3 is out now with full support for Snow Leopard and Windows 7. Besides being natively 64-bit in Snow Leopard, it lets you migrate a PC to your virtual machine, launches Windows apps like native apps, and more.

It also now supports OpenGL 2.1 and DirectX 9 Shader Model 3.0, giving you some more graphics power in Windows, so you can run Windows' Aero interface with Flip3D.
