Normal Consultant Rate - Mac or PC

  • $110.00/hr (scheduled time on-site or in our office)
  • 1 hour minimum per incident, thereafter billed in fifteen minute increments
  • Effective from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday

Tech Bench Service Rate - Mac or PC

  • $90.00/hr (in our office—first come first serve basis)
  • 1/2 hour minimum per incident, thereafter billed in fifteen minute increments
  • Effective Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm

Evening and Saturday Rate - Mac or PC

  • $165.00/hr
  • 1 hour minimum per incident, thereafter billed in fifteen minute increments
  • Effective from 6-11pm Monday through Friday and 7am-11pm Saturday

Overnight, Sunday and Holiday Rate - Mac or PC

  • 1 hour minimum per incident, thereafter billed in fifteen minute increments
  • Effective Monday through Saturday 11pm to 8am; effective Sunday and holidays 12am-12pm
